Operating Hours & Services
Russo’s Cafe hours are Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 3:00pm. Orders are available for pick-up only and only available during our operating hours. Future orders will only apply to the specials for the date the order is to be picked up.
Information collected on Russo’s Cafe website will never be sold or given to any third party. Credit Card information is never stored on Russo’s Cafe website. Only submitted personal information is stored for tracking purchases & loyalty points. Your email will be added to our email list and may be used for promotional emails sent only from Russo’s Cafe / Russo’s Catering.
All refunds request must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase. How a refund is dealt with, resolved and if the order is eligible for refund is determined only by the restaurant manager. We will, to the best of our ability, ensure that all refund requests are evaluated equally and fair.
All payments are made securely through Stripe. No credit card information is ever stored on Russo’s Cafe website. All transactions are made with U.S. Dollars. All major credit cards are accepted. All orders must be payed in advanced. Your order will not even be submitted to Russo’s Cafe until payment is processed.
Points can only be earned on paid order. Points can not be redeemed for a cash value. Russo’s Cafe retains the right to adjust points rewarded per item as needed.
